We repair the products we manufacture and sell.  The turn-around time for most repairs is 1 or 2 days after receipt.  In order to provide you with the best and fastest service, please call us for a Return Authorization Number (1-800-500-6367 or 253-589-1912, or by fax 253-589-1340) before sending the item.  We will discuss the problem you're having, and advise you of the status of our one year hassle-free warranty. If the equipment is out of warranty, we will provide the repair price, shipping options, and correct shipping address.
